The ultimate wedge head for a 572” engine. Big engines require
superior air flow when 900 to 1000 horsepower is the goal. The
572-13 head is designed for a 4.500” bore with the valves moved on
center. This allows the exhaust valve to be moved and a larger
diameter intake valve to be utilized. This combination delivers
excellent torque, horsepower, and the reliability needed to make a
bracket racer consistent, round after round. The 572-13 heads
respond best when used with the NEW 440-3X big volume 4500
intake manifold. If your searching for more power select the 440-15
Indy tunnel ram intake manifold. These combinations produce a
572 engine that is a lightweight maxx power combination just
waiting to win.
